4. About HejBoat
HejBoat acts as a marketplace that facilitates contact and communication between owners and renters. We do not verify or control the seaworthiness, condition, safety equipment, or legal status of the boats listed. All rental transactions, including payments and usage terms, are agreed directly between owners and renters.
HejBoat does not assume liability for damages, accidents, losses, or disputes that may arise before, during, or after a rental period. While we are committed to a safe and respectful community, each party is responsible for their own compliance and conduct.

5. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are not obligated to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

6. Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. HejBoat does not handle or process rental payments. Renters and owners are responsible for settling payments directly with one another based on mutually agreed terms. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability is only possible from the point in time we become aware of a specific legal violation. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove this content immediately. HejBoat reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of policy violations, misuse, fraud, or abusive behavior. Listings may also be removed if they are found to be misleading, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Liability for Links
Our website contains links to external websites of third parties, over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.
At the time of linking, no illegal content was recognizable. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of a violation. We will remove such links immediately upon becoming aware of any infringements.
